What is a Non-Flyer Guest Package?

Due to COVID Safety Guidelines, we have very limited space in the meeting rooms and are currently are not able to offer the Non-Flyer Guest Package.

A Non-Flyer Guest Package is designed for friends and family members who want to join in on the pre and post flight activities but would rather keep both feet on the ground. The Non-Flyer Guest Package includes Zero-G Merchandise and attendance at the pre-flight briefing and Re-gravitation Celebration. The price of the Non-Flyer Guest Package is $195. Please note that guests will not be admitted into the Training Facility if a reservation is not confirmed.

How Long Does The Flight Last? How Long Will I Feel Weightless?

The flight portion of a Zero-G Experience® lasts approximately 90 to 100 minutes. During the flight 15 parabolas are performed each providing about 30 seconds of reduced gravity or weightlessness. By the end of the flight you will log about 6-7 minutes of reduced gravity – that’s about as much zero-gravity time as Alan Shepard experienced on America’s first human spaceflight.

Are Parabolic Flights Safe?

Parabolic flights are extremely safe and have been flown for the past 50 years by NASA, The Russian Space Program and European Space Agency.

Are There Any Medical Restrictions?

Micro-gravity and Hyper-gravity environments can negatively affect some medical conditions. It is advisable to consult with your physician before signing up for a flight.

If you are pregnant, have heart or back problems, you should consult your physician to see if this experience is appropriate for you.

What Are The Distinctions Between The Floating Zones?

The aircraft is segmented into two Floating Zones: blue and gray. Each Floating Zone contains 14 participants and delivers equal floating time and space. Each section provides the same Zero-G Experience® as the next.

What Are The Size Of Your Seats?

The seats on G-FORCE ONE® are 16.75″ wide.  Zero-G does not allow Child Restraint Seats (CRS) on our aircraft as flyers need to be at least 8 years old.

Are There Age Restrictions?

Zero-G flyers must be at least 8 years old at the time of the flight. Zero-G has no upper age limit and has enjoyed the attendance of several passengers in their 90s.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied on board G-FORCE ONE® by an adult or legal guardian. Children under 10 must have one adult or legal guardian per child.

Will I Experience Motion Sickness?

It is very unlikely that you will experience motion discomfort. The Zero-G Experience® was designed to provide flyers a fun and pleasant experience, and over the years we have succeeded in reducing the number of flyers who experience motion discomfort on G-FORCE ONE®.  Today, very few people experience uneasiness or nausea during the flight.

  • However, if you are prone to motion discomfort, here are some suggestions we encourage you to consider.
Use of over the counter medication: Dramamine and Meclizine are most common and often used by our flyers.  Other products, such as MotionEaze or Sea Band, have also been used by our past flyers. These non prescription medicines are widely available and can be found at most drugstores.
  • Consultation with your physician: If you feel that over the counter medications are not sufficient, we strongly recommend that you consult your physician to discuss your options including prescription medicines.

During the preflight training, we provide some useful tips on in-flight movements that will help you reduce your chance of getting sick.  Unlike the astronauts in training, our flyers will experience between 12-15 parabolas, which is enough to have fun, but not long enough to cause motion discomfort.

What are your photo and video policies?

Any images or videos even self taken ones are for personal use only; not commercial use without express permission.

Do I have to wear a mask on board G Force One?

As of April 21st, 2022, masks are optional for Zero-G customers and employees.

What Is Zero-G’s Refund And Transfer Policy?
