In July 2025, our Boeing 727-200 aircraft, G-Force One, sustained extensive damage while in the exclusive custody and control of a third-party maintenance facility during a routine scheduled maintenance check. The aircraft was fully operational and in airworthy condition when it was delivered to the facility.

Upon discovering the damage, Zero Gravity Corporation took immediate action to assess the situation, retain independent experts, and pursue all available remedies. We have filed suit in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama seeking recovery for the damages caused to our aircraft. That litigation is ongoing, and we are vigorously pursuing our claims. Zero Gravity Corporation is also pursuing all available insurance remedies with respect to the aircraft.

Because G-Force One is currently not airworthy, and because it was our sole operating aircraft, we have been unable to conduct flight operations since the damage occurred. We deeply regret the impact this has had on our customers, research partners, and stakeholders.

Zero Gravity Corporation is committed to returning to operations. We are actively evaluating replacement aircraft options and pursuing the capital necessary to resume flights regardless of the outcome of the litigation or any insurance proceedings. While we do not yet have a firm date for resumption of operations, we do not anticipate a return earlier than mid-2027. We intend to honor all existing contractual commitments as soon as we are able to resume operations.
