Temporary Pause In Operations

A letter from Zero-G CEO Kevin Sproge.
To Our Valued Customers,
I’d like to take this opportunity to update you on an important change to our company and operations going forward.
Everts Air Cargo, our long-time operating certificate holder, recently informed us of a strategic shift in their internal operations. As part of that transition, they will no longer authorize Zero-G to conduct flights under their Part 121 Certificate. While we’re naturally disappointed by the change, we fully respect Everts’ decision and remain sincerely grateful for the many years of support and collaboration we've shared.
Although this decision was outside of Zero-G’s control, we understand how frustrating it is to have your plans for a once-in-a-lifetime zero gravity flight put on hold. However, we have a clear path forward–one that puts Zero-G in a stronger position and fully in control of our own destiny.
We are actively working with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to secure our own Part 121 operating certificate–a major milestone that will strengthen Zero-G’s long-term stability and independence. While we do not yet have a confirmed timeline for when this process will be completed, we’re encouraged by the FAA’s recognition of the important role our flights play in supporting U.S. government and commercial space research, and they have agreed to expedite our application.
To remain in full compliance, Zero-G is currently unable to discuss or confirm future flight dates until we receive formal clearance from the FAA outlining a realistic timeline for the resumption of our operations.
We want to reassure you that this is only a temporary pause, and we’re confident it will lead to an even stronger, more resilient Zero-G—so we can deliver the incredible weightless experience you’ve been looking forward to, even better than before.
As always, we’re here to answer any questions and remain fully committed to giving you the unforgettable zero gravity experience you’ve been dreaming of.
Sincerely,
Kevin Sproge
CEO
